Several days before being elected VP Biden publicly supported clean coal; and at one of clean coal's rally's Joe Biden proved it by enthusiastically autographing hats. Squaring this support with the Obama administrations stance is a bit of a puzzle...go figure.

I'm afraid, soon, it's going to get to the point where it isn't so funny anymore. But, for now, it's pretty hilarious.
