Not oblivious to his disconnect with the troops he is CINC of... Obama attempts some humor in his usual tone-deaf manner. These troops know better; they know he's a ditherer on the matters they know best - Afghanistan primarily. They also pay attention to the news, and know their CINC just recently was the only world leader to give the Emperor of Japan a deep bow in greeting...Mr. President, you can fool some of them some of the time...
