With this data, it's glaringly obvious that one can make the case that government has a problem perpetually creating new laws impeding the average American's freedom in their day to day. Laws of course have their place! - Excessive, unuseful, encroaching laws do not! I've long believed that the primary seat belt law does not belong on the books; this item goes as far as it needs to prove this.
